Common Subsidy Requirements

Basic Eligibility for Subsidies:

  1. Legally registered companyor legal entity with a tax ID.
  2. Active business with valid tax filing records.
  3. Employees enrolled in labor insurance (usually 1–5 employees, depending on the subsidy type).
  4. Not listed under government suspension or restriction lists.
  5. No duplicate applications for the same subsidy or expense (e.g., the same invoice cannot be reimbursed twice).

  • Failure to execute on time, incomplete documentation, or non-compliant reimbursements may result inloss of funding or repayment.
  • Companies with recent disputes or poor audit records may face lower approval rates.
  • Some subsidies require cooperation with approved vendors or consultants. Independent submissions may not be accepted.
